The Bontrager family displayed an amazing amount of talent at Crane Chapel on Friday, June 3rd.
They performed many gospel songs and told of how God is working in their lives. They travel
around the United States putting on many musical concerts like this, and they share their
love of Jesus Christ at every stop.
Crane Chapel welcomed Harrison Deputies, Shirley Thielman and Joshua Seha as the
newest members to our church.
4 His Love
4 His Love, an amazing Southern Gospel group, put on a concert at Crane Chapel
on Sunday April 24. Everyone in attendance was blessed by their word and
song as the group performed and gave testimonies of their love for our Lord.
The first day of Spring, March 20, 2016 was an exciting day at
Crane Chapel as it was Palm Sunday and also five people
professed their faith in Jesus Christ and were baptized.
Praise be to the Lord!

Candles & Carols Christmas Eve Service
Come at 4:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve for an hour filled with beauty
and meaning of Christmas, We will sing the traditional carols and remember
why Jesus came to us. It will warm your heart!
The choir performed the musical portion of “The King is Coming to Town” and a talented cast led the audience through finding who the real King is, that being Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
A group of energetic individuals made a batch of over 400 popcorn balls that were passed out to everyone in attendance at the 2015 Crane Chapel Christmas program.
Crane Chapel exceeded this year’s goal in the collection of food for the Salvation Army Food Drive. A huge thank you to all those that brought food in! It will be distributed to needy families this week in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Operation Christmas Child through Samaritan’s Purse
Recently a group from Crane Chapel spent an afternoon packing 170 shoeboxes with essential items (tooth paste and brushes, soaps, wash cloths and towels, a toy, school supplies, etc) to be distributed to needy children around the globe. And with all the things packed, the children will also receive a booklet containing the saving message of Jesus Christ.
Crane Chapel is a collection site for others to drop off shoeboxes to be sent. The collection week is November 16 – 23.
80th Anniverary Celebration
Jerry & Ginger, the “Songmasters”, have helped celebrate the church’s anniversary
every year for the past 57 years.
Many thanks to Pastor Dale, Roxanne, Edsel, Charlie, Darel and Don for their time in moving our Pews to help make our Sanctuary seating more comfortable for all.
A group from the church spent part of a very nice Saturday afternoon picking up trash in the road ditches south of the city.
Last Friday, about 125 people from the Austin area came to Crane Chapel to see Kent Dudley and his Bended Knee band. Kent and his band members shared a great evening of country gospel music as well as personal testimonies of how they and others came to know Jesus. It was a very inspirational evening for all.
On Sunday, September 20th, six people gave their personal testimony, stating their commitment to our Lord Jesus Christ and were baptized.
One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One God and Father of all…

“Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven.”
Karen Setterberg, missionary to Kenya, joined us this past Sunday and gave us an update on what she is doing in Africa. Karen works with children in and around Nairobi setting up Vacation Bible Schools, spreading the gospel to the region. She is on a home assignment now and will be returning to Kenya in November.
