Our youth activities promote Biblical values and help build lifelong friendships.
Good day everyone,
Looks like another month has come and gone and we’re still not any closer to getting back to normal. Our weekly attendance for Youth Group has been running pretty steady at about 10 to 15 kids each week so I’m pretty happy about that but we have plenty of room for more. If you know anyone in 6th grade or higher that would like to join us on a Wednesday night, you can bring them by between 6pm and 6:30pm, I’m pretty sure we’ll be here and we’d love to see some new faces. Our community efforts, of course have been practically nothing again this month because of the covid 19, but we were able to help out with the Salvation Army’s Food Drive-Thru in Dexter and at the Mower county fair grounds. It was a lot of work but it was nice to get out and actually do something different. The teens that usually help Charlie with mowing have been able to take a little vacation over the last couple of weeks due to the lack rain. But I’m sure they didn’t mind. And I’ll be starting another class here soon but that’s about all I got for now, I hope everyone is doing well. We will be praying for you and we thank you all for your love, prayers, and support. God Bless!
Love and Peace,
Pastor Mike & The Refuge: Teen Youth Group
