What We Believe

Our Mission

Crane Chapel exists to help people to know Christ, to live for Christ, and to share the love of Christ.

Statement of Faith

We believe in the Holy Scriptures (the Bible) as the authoritative, inspired and inerrant Word of God. We believe in the Eternal Godhead, revealed to us in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the Incarnation and Virgin Birth of God’s only Son, Jesus Christ; that He suffered in our place on the cross; that He died and rose again; that He now sits at the Father’s right hand interceding for us; and that He will return to judge all men at the Last Day.

We believe in the resurrection of the body, the eternal happiness of the righteous, and the endless punishment of the wicked. We believe in the necessity of repentance and faith for salvation. We believe God not only counts the believer as righteous, but He makes one righteous, freeing one of sin’s dominion at conversion. By faith, one’s heart is purified and perfected in love at the time of complete consecration, providing for one’s growth in grace at every stage of one’s spiritual life. Thereby, the believer is enabled to live a victorious life through the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.
